Save LaLa Again
Privacy policy
Last updated:
Save LaLa Again is a game by João Neves. This policy explains how the game handles information when you play or contact me.
Information on your device
The game stores progress, scores, unlocked items, and sound preferences on your device. It also stores random identifiers used to merge game progress across devices and to count installations for analytics on iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV. You do not need an account with me to play.
Usage analytics
On iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV, the game uses TelemetryDeck to help me understand how people play and decide what to improve. Signals include sessions, game mode, arcade level, tutorial status, runs started and ended, score, active play duration, outcome, and leaderboard or share button use. The SDK adds app and device context, such as app and operating system versions, device model, locale, screen dimensions, and accessibility settings. The Mac build does not send TelemetryDeck analytics.
The app supplies a randomly generated installation identifier, which TelemetryDeck hashes before transmission and hashes again on its servers. It does not supply your Game Center identity, name, email address, Apple's device or advertising identifiers, purchase receipts, or saved game contents to TelemetryDeck. I do not link this analytics data to an account or use it for cross-app advertising tracking. TelemetryDeck states that it does not store IP addresses. Read its privacy information and identifier handling.
Apple services and sharing
When iCloud is available, the game uses Apple's iCloud service to sync progress, scores, and unlocked items between your devices. If you use Game Center, Apple processes your Game Center information, achievements, and leaderboard scores. Apple also handles in-app purchases and restoring purchases through the App Store.
If you share a score, the service you choose receives what you share. These services have their own privacy practices, including Apple's privacy policy. I may review crash reports Apple makes available to help fix problems. App Store diagnostics depend on your sharing settings; TestFlight testing includes diagnostic reporting to developers.
Storage and privacy questions
TelemetryDeck processes the analytics described above. Its published privacy information does not promise a fixed deletion period for stored events. Removing the game stops that installation from sending new signals, but does not delete analytics already sent or progress stored in iCloud.
If you email me, I receive your email address and the information in your message so I can respond. You can use the address below for privacy questions or requests, which I will handle under applicable law. Because I do not connect the analytics identifier to your name or email, I may be unable to identify individual analytics records from your contact details.
Security
I limit the information I collect and take reasonable steps to protect it. No method of electronic storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
Children's privacy
The game does not ask players for their name, date of birth, or contact details. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent me personal information can contact me using the address below.
Policy changes
I may update this policy as the game or its practices change. I will publish the revised policy on this page and update the date above.
